BARRY BUCHHOLTZ

Serves as General Manager of OSI Europe and is responsible for the European subsidiary as well as the EMEA and Asia/Pacific Markets, excluding Japan. Formerly President of LEM Srl, an Italian based OEM eyewear manufacturer. Prior to that he was CEO of Orange 21, Inc. a publicly traded (NASDAQ) eyewear company that sold products under the Spy Trademark. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer of BTC's US PC Division, a $300M PC manufacturer.

KEVIN NOTRICA

Serves as VP Operations and is responsible for all global operations. Formerly Director of Global Logistics for Quiksilver, the global leader in action sports, overseeing $2B in supply chain management. Prior to that he was Client Development Manager at Maersk Logistics, part of the AP Moller Group.

RICARDO PEREZ

Serves as Director Sales North America for Chrome Hearts and Blinde Eyewear. Formerly VP Sales and Marketing — Americas for BINDA Spa overseeing D&G Dolce & Gabbana Time/ Jewels, Glam Rock and Moschino. Previous experience includes Luxottica, Sunglass Hut/ Watch Station and Disney.

YOSHIYUKI TAKEMOTO

Serves as General Manager of OSI Japan. Formerly General Manager of the Nakanishi/Marchon Eyewear joint venture in Japan. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years as Director of Sales & Marketing for Proctor and Gamble Asia/Pacific Region.
